Hiring Explorer fields
What was reviewed for public use
Published fields: employer, region, city or locality, broad role family, reviewed Level 2 role cluster, career stage, and broad employer industry.
Role and career-stage classifications use the reviewed v0.2 mapping. Locations were normalized from vacancy evidence. Employer industries were grouped into seven broad sectors for understandable comparison.
Not published as statistics: requirement-strength prevalence, workplace mode, recruiter preferences, hiring probabilities, and historical trends. Those fields either lacked enough quality, comparability, or elapsed history.
Full vacancy text is not republished. The public Explorer exposes structured counts from the reviewed records.

Editorial rules
How a claim reaches the site
- Prefer the primary source.Use the responsible Danish authority before blogs, commercial tools, or summaries.
- Record the date.Show when the source was updated, or state that no date was displayed.
- Limit the wording.A recruiter preference becomes a convention, never a universal Danish rule.
- Show our judgment.Editorial safeguards and product choices are labelled as inference.
- Correct visibly.Material corrections will update the claim, review date, and source record.
Early-career baseline
The evidence behind the Danish CV guide
The baseline contains 41 reviewed observations: 21 active vacancies and 20 recent 2026 vacancies or programmes. Roles had to be based in Denmark, published in English or bilingually, relevant to students or early-career applicants, and drawn from official employer sources.
The reviewed panel began with 17 international employers named for the project. Ten contributed observations to this snapshot: LEGO, Vestas, Arla Foods, Systematic, Danfoss, Deloitte, Maersk, Novo Nordisk, EY, and PwC.
The sample includes ten represented employers. Seven other employers in the original panel did not contribute a reviewed observation to this snapshot.
Editorial promise
Useful guidance stays connected to evidence
ResumeAI Lab uses official guidance, dated samples, and visible editorial interpretation to help applicants make decisions. Outcomes still depend on the role, employer, applicant, and recruitment process.
