When you submit the free CV kit feedback form, the selected answers are sent to this site. We immediately add them to aggregate counts in a Sites-managed Cloudflare D1 database. The feedback database stores only the total number of submissions and counts for each answer option, which remain until the site owner deletes them. It does not store individual responses, answer combinations, names, email addresses, IP addresses, user agents or visitor identifiers.
A first-party marker in your browser helps prevent accidental repeat submissions. It is not sent as part of the feedback and can be cleared with your browser data. The site host must process technical request information to deliver the form, and hosting logs may retain request metadata. We do not log the feedback body in site code. For this reason, we do not describe the entire submission process as completely anonymous. Feedback submission does not change your optional analytics choice.
