Current site features

No account, CV upload, or application form

The current site publishes guides, examples, and observed market information. It does not ask you to create an account, upload a CV, or submit application content.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics starts only if you allow it

With your permission, Google Analytics helps us understand which pages are visited, how visitors reached the site, general device and approximate location patterns, and a small number of useful navigation actions. This information is used to improve the site and assess whether the project is useful.

Analytics is not used for advertising. If you keep analytics off, the Google Analytics script is not loaded.

You can change your choice at any time through Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics on this device and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies on the site.

The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Google Analytics user-level data is configured for up to 14 months and other event-level data for 2 months. Standard aggregated reports may remain available after those periods. Google Analytics cookies can remain on your device for up to 2 years unless you delete them or withdraw consent earlier.

Website delivery

Technical requests still reach the hosting service

Like other websites, the hosting service receives technical request data needed to deliver and secure pages. This can include an IP address, browser details, the requested page, a timestamp, and security information. This processing is separate from optional Google Analytics.

The legal basis is the legitimate interest in providing a reliable and secure website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Technical data is kept only for as long as the hosting provider needs it for delivery, security, abuse prevention, and applicable legal obligations.

Recipients and transfers

Service providers process limited data

The relevant recipient categories are the website-hosting provider, Google as the optional analytics provider, and Google as the provider of the project email account. These providers may use infrastructure outside the European Economic Area. Where personal data is transferred internationally, the providers describe safeguards such as adequacy decisions, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses in their privacy and transfer documentation.

Retention

Data is not kept for longer than needed

Analytics retention is described above. Technical hosting data follows the purpose-based retention criteria described above. Privacy correspondence is kept only as long as needed to respond, document the handling of the request, and meet any applicable legal obligation.

Your rights

You can ask about your personal data

Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to receive data you provided in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Contact resumeailab@gmail.com to make a request. You may also complain to the Danish Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
